A comfortable nice place to stay. Needs a bit of maintenance, but it's clean. The hot tub was inoperative which was a disappointment.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The family and I decided to stay here for the weekend and it was so nice and cozy. The staff was very accommodating. Ryan at the front desk helped us make sure our two rooms were right next to each other! Thank you so much for all your help. Will be staying here again for sure.

This hotel was great. The room was amazing and had a giant bathtub with jets. I asked for fresh towels and got them right away. Its in a very nice area so I was not concerned about crime or anything. My room had a sliding glass door put to the pool area which was very pretty. My only issue was that I dont think they mop the floors in the room. I was barefoot and after walking around the bottom of my feet were black and dirty. I just wore sandals or socks in the room after that. They have a dining area, I didn't eat the food but it looked good.

I didn't get the room i wanted this time, but the one i got was beautiful just the same. I absolutely love it here. The Jacuzzi tubs are amazing, the courtyard is so peaceful... The look and feel is high end but at a price you can't beat. Ive been here many times now and i love somewhat local.... I just really enjoy myself here. I highly recommend this hotel. Probably always will

Perfect for the conference that was being attended at the Ontario Conference Center. Clean rooms, good breakfast, close to an In and Out Burger! The central outdoor area is especially nice!

This was a great value. Rooms were updated, but not fully remodeled with minor signals of an older hotel. The patio was amazing, the lobby and breakfast area were very nice, and breakfast was very good... above average for this type of hotel.

This was our second time staying over at this hotel. It was great the first time and it was great this time. The hotel room we rented was spacious with two queen size beds, one on each side of the room with a decider in between. I have a teenage boy and a preteen girl so the divider served very well for our privacy and comfort. The beds were clean and the rather comfy. I usually don’t sleep well in a new hotel but I slept right after I got into bed and woke up in the morning refreshed and charged. Shower was warm and toilet was clean. Floor was fine. Honestly I didn’t really notice anything out of the norm for a hotel room. I normally don’t go bare feet in a hotel so I can’t tell if it’s sparkly clean. Front desk checked is in quick and gave me the tooth paste I requested without delay. Breakfast was served. I had warm egg and sausage, and drink the juice. Everything was quite ok. We spent about $170 for the night with the parking, breakfast included, three people. For the location right next to the convention center which was our destination, this was a good price. Would definitely use again and recommend others who are seeking for a safe and comfy l shelter on the go.

Breakfast was really basic. I wanted yogurt but it only came in plain. My bed was very comfy and the time was nice and clean. I would stay again.
